Information We Collect

Marketing Site Visitors

When you interact with the LeedAgent marketing site, we may collect limited personal information that you voluntarily provide through forms, such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry. We also automatically collect basic analytics data (like page views and referrers) to understand how visitors use our site and improve the experience.

Platform Users (CRM)

When you create an account and use the LeedAgent CRM platform, we collect and store: account credentials, business information, contact records you create, communication history (emails, SMS, call recordings), website content, form submissions, appointment data, pipeline and opportunity data, and usage analytics. This data is stored securely and used to provide the services you have subscribed to.

Data We Do NOT Collect

LeedAgent does not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI), Social Security Numbers, medical records, health conditions, or any data classified as PHI under HIPAA. Our platform is designed as a sales CRM, not a health information system. Do not enter PHI into the platform. See our Compliance page for more details.

How We Use Your Information

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent, including for call recording under your state's laws, to collect and message them. Requests from your contacts to access or delete their data should be directed to you as the account holder, and you are responsible for responding to those requests in compliance with applicable law.

Data Sharing

LeedAgent does not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as email delivery or hosting partners) who process it on our behalf and under contract. These providers are only permitted to use the information to deliver the services we have requested.

Your Choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our messages. If you would like to review, update, or delete personal information collected through this site, submit a request through our contact page and we will respond promptly.
